Well back to the drawing board! Yeap, was doing great until October when family came to visit. I thought I'd take a week off, and instead took almost 4 months off. I tried to track and be honest to myself about how much I continued to eat in November/December. Finally, in January I posted once and figured, Why Bother! Not it is February and feel like crap again, my joints, motivation, and my HUGE belly scare me back to reality. I notice how it such a burden to carry 20 lbs more, let alone 100. So, I can only keep trying. Tomorrow will be the real shocker, weigh in day. I was supposed to today, for my DAY 1 back but baby steps.
