Good sleep last night. Weighed 226.9, down 1.3 from yesterday. Sat around talking with Denise until 2 pm. I need to get my workout in and then get some work done. Will fast until 4 at least. UPDATE: Got in my 100 squats, overhead presses, and pushups. Got to 225.8 at 4 pm. Drank a protein shake with supplements and will do HelloFresh for dinner later. Also, a part went bad on our furnace. Got the tech out here to fix that but delayed me a few more hours before I could start the work I need to do today.
