Woke at 224.2, down 4.7 from yesterday. I fasted for most of yesterday, but I had some drinks at an online happy hour. Then Jason made spaghetti late, and I had a few forkfuls. I logged half a cup. UPDATE: Finally got my workout in after lazing around in my workout clothes all day. Did pushups, squats, and dumbbell lifts over my head. I didn't have a bike ride in me, so I probably lost an opportunity to sweat more. Still, I weighed 224.7 at 5 pm. Doing steak tonight. UPDATE 2: Ate a HelloFresh pork meal for dinner instead. I ate a half cup of rice with it that seemed to fire up the carb monster. Later I ate some low carb mini tortillas with cheese and then a bag of pork rinds. Took my calories way up to about 2300. I'll adjust tomorrow.
