I was up until 4 am after the new year, but my body insisted that I get my rest... so I didn't wake up until 1 pm! What a slug! I had two cups of black coffee and then did pushups and 40 minutes of HIIT on the bike. I weighed 235.4 after that, down .5 from yesterday. Steak, cake, and ice cream last night, plus red wine and a whiskey or two in the new year. Getting back on track as of today! The goals for January 2021 are 1617 calories per day consisting of 154 protein, 89 fat, and 50 carbs.
