Only slept from 11 pm to 4 am again. Could not get back to sleep so I got up and got started. Did pushups and an hour of HIIT spinning. Weighed 225.8 after that, down 3.5 from yesterday. Last day of work before two weeks off. UPDATE: Got to 224.9 at 4:15 pm. Will continue lower calories to catch up to goal.
