October 2020 Recap: Daily Average: Exercise: 2640kcal, Food: 2049kcal, (Fat: 85.02g, Protein: 177.65g, Carbs: 78.76g), alk 255.18cal

On the long term trend (measured by TrendWeight.com), I lost 2.6 net pounds in October. My body fat percentage went down .5 percent (2.1 pounds). My lean mass went down by .5 pounds. I added 49 calories per day on average and I burned 167 fewer calories per day as I took a break from daily workouts for a while. I overate for most of the month, but for the last week of the month, stayed very close to my 1680 calorie per day goal and added strict 16:8 IF back in. I still targeted 180 grams of protein per day but would not reach that if it meant going too far over my calorie goal. This helped me quite a bit, as I lost about five pounds during that week. I will continue that strategy in November. My average carbs went from 81 to 79 grams per day on a 60-gram target (as usual, caused by a few huge cheat meals on special occasions). My average fat intake went from 79 to 85 grams per day on an 80-gram target. My protein went from 168 to 178 grams per day on a 180-gram target. My estimated alcohol intake (macros multiplied minus total calories went from 288 calories a day to 255. Lots of red wine nights and whiskey shots, including a weekly online happy hour. I aimed for 1680 calories per day on average in October and hit 2049, but I averaged 1890 calories per day over the last 7 days of the month (6 days at 1707 average and one 2987 calorie binge day). Ended the month with a low of 227.2 pounds, which I haven't seen since July 29, 2020. Going to continue the same process in November.
