Last day at the beach. Took a nice brisk morning walk for an hour and then had a breakfast of Greek omelet and a Bloody Mary. Need to mention our dinner last night. Went to Antipasti's, an Italian place that has been featured on the Food Network. Amazing food by Chef Fausto, who we met and was a blast. Ate grilled rockfish, which was amazing, but also had bread, wine, a cup of pasta, a few scotches, and desert. Finished yesterday at 2700 calories or so.
