Woke at 234.1, up 2.4 from yesterday, most likely from the MSG, seed oil, and salt in the beef & broccoli last night. I think I'm not going to partake when the family gets carryout anymore. Did my weights workout and got back to 233.7. Starting with protein coffee. UPDATE: Did an omelet for a late breakfast and then weighed in at 4 pm at 233.1. Cobbled together several items for dinner, but it took a total of 2058 calories to hit my 180 grams of protein today.
