Woke at 231.3, up .6 after yesterday's post-fasting day weigh-in and up 6.4 after re-hydrating after yesterday's yard work and eating 1650 calories. Of course, I expected to weigh more today but I didn't expect to gain it all back. Interesting. There is more work to do today, so I may go back outside. Starting the day with iced black coffee and heavy whipping cream. UPDATE: Ended up inside today, doing bills and relaxing. Besides my outdoor waste dumpster is full. The guy will empty it tomorrow and I'll work then. I took the week off, although I will be doing certain meetings. That will give me an opportunity to get some additional things done this week. I weighed 231.6 at 3:30.
