Friday pizza night. They had nothing i wanted in single slices so i got what i wanted. Stuck to pizza rules. Two slices, crusts to the dogs, will put the rest in the fridge/freezer for later. It was amazing though. Diet Coke, no beer tonight. Edit for exercise. Good fast swim, 876 strokes, upper cardio level, mid 140's, 8 minutes in the 150s. Got rid of part of my mood so as not to carry it into tomorrow. A little short on the walking, only 67.7 of 124 miles and more than halfway through the month. I need a couple 5 mile days in a row.

I don't know if you like Domino's or not but their thin crust pizza is fairly low in calories and great with banana peppers.

@Matron this crust is super thin with the exception of the edges. That's why the dogs get them.
