Puzzling. Did not show weight loss either yesterday evening or this morning, despite a second fast day. Still, can't get mad about 219.1 from yesterday, which was a surprising low. Last day of the month and I have about 1600 to burn, so I will have a nice dinner with my wife, who returned from a week in Colorado last night. Have a good one.

Sometimes our bodies just don't want to let go. I've had that all week. Well under my RDI on two days, and just under on other days plus 4 days of walking now and am I even back to my new low - nope I am not, so go figure. some days you lose (weight) some days you don't. Sigh. You have had a good month as have I so we can't complain too much (but I will anyway :)
