Woke at 220.0, up 3.6 from yesterday after three large meals replaced all the glycogen in my body! Fasting today and will eat somewhat lighter tomorrow to make up for the extra calories yesterday. UPDATE: I did bodyweight and dumbbells this afternoon and drank one large glass of water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Weighed 220.6 at 6 pm! That means that all that liquid went in and not much came out. Cheated and drank a Premier Protein drink with my evening supplements. Should not have too much effect. Probably will be under 220 in the morning, but it might take a few days to get back to the 216 area.
