I woke at 233.4, down 1.6 from yesterday. I still have not experienced a major whoosh. Maybe today or tomorrow, but if I know my luck, it will be during several meetings at work on Monday! Happy weekend! UPDATE: No whoosh today and my pre-dinner weigh-in was exactly 233.4. Having a good dinner and will try again tomorrow. Not really hitting my calorie goal (a low 1500). Once I start working again it will be easier to adhere to OMAD.
