877 strokes in 30 minutes. Almost 100 more than usual lately. 154 average heart rate sustained. A little higher than I would have liked to hit, but i didn’t stop to check and I was swimming hard and fast the entire set. Most of the time I’m in the 130s/140s. Dropped down to 90 within 2 minutes. Good recovery. And now, 80’s.

Wow! I wouldn't be here with a HR that high. My max is 138, and due to such a low resting HR I barely can hit that for a few seconds. My resting HR is in the mid to upper 40s. You are burning some serious calories--keep up the good work.

Back to 57 resting this morning. Normal for me. Thinking the cold made me keep moving because I just wanted to get done with it. We’ll log it as a NSV for the end of the year.
