Fasted 17 hours. Today didn't go as planned, but i got a monster shop done and rm mowed the yard. He is walking the dog and then we are going to tag-team her into the bath. My sweet girl is funky and greasy. Company coming tomorrow!

Ty gals! The dog is all clean and fluffy now. The bath isn't her favorite but she kinda likes the attention. We had a lot of fun last night. Cooked an insane amount of food. I will post pix later bc we are gonna be having leftovers! I wasn't going to drink but then i did. I did not work out so came up one short for the week. But i logged 4 hours of housework bc i really did 8. Fasted 17 ho yesterday.
