Woke at 242.6, down 4.2 from yesterday after some good water movement overnight. Planning for more of the same today. Need to telework to catch up on a week of emails and other things before I go back in on Monday. Starting with protein coffee. Upped my overall calorie target to 1645 per day (on average). Will attempt to hit that on alternate days (2500 on eating days and 500 on 'non-eating' days with catch up days on the weekends. That should get us back on track. UPDATE: Got down to 238.4 before dinner with another good day of water movement. But I had to log that as my official weigh in! Paying the piper.
