Trying to fend off an episode of diverticulitis before it really sets in. I can feel it lurking, I'm going to do BRAT immediately except with some plain chicken breast incorporated. Had a great walk yesterday, we got in 4 tough miles before class. Need to keep moving to keep things moving inside and out. I'm sure it was all the eating out and not moving. That'll teach me. One meal out, no problem. Many in a row, not such a great idea. I thought I kept the fiber up enough, but I guessed wrong. I've done really well for over a year. This caught be slacking off and by surprise.
