Woke at 231.2, up 3.2 from yesterday after fried chicken and coleslaw for dinner. Eating light today. UPDATE: Ate two cups of cottage cheese and sparkling water for lunch. Lots of water movement. Came home at 230.0. Ate pork loin and cauliflower 'potato salad' for dinner. Ended up at 1588 calories. Oh, well!
