Woke at 230.4, up 3.0 after a big eating day. Will take it easier today. I think we are doing brats on the grill later. UPDATE: Had protein coffee at noon but fasted otherwise. Did a quick ketone/glucose check at 4 pm. Got .3 mm ketones and 85 on the glucose. Both fine. I can't get super high ketones without fasting for about 36-72 hours. Looks like we are doing chicken skewers instead tonight. Last day of my two week vacation. Work tomorrow! But only three days this week and then we are off for the Draglist Nats in Pittsburgh on Thursday. UPDATE: Got to 229.8 before dinner.

I just read your post about the math of dieting - vety interesting! I am eating 200 under my TDEE and then 3 days a week cutting back to 800/1000 cals . Will see what happens!
