Pardon my cursing. I am on take three of today's journal because I am wearing a sweater that has caused me to change screens twice now. My fault, didn't realize what was going on. It was touching the touchpad at the bottom of my keyboard.

Okay, starting over. I made it through the very long day. I ate two avocado burritos during the day. They were delicious and I was only a little over on calories and carbs weren't too bad. They also kept me satiated during a really long meeting and then during puppy training. Long day. Shouldn't be many of those.

I managed to hit all my move goals during the day despite being seated for almost three hours. Didn't know if that would happen or not. Happy with that. Scale bumped back up this morning, but not worried. It was down for three days, I'm not doing anything terribly wrong, it will go back down.
