Woke at 229.4, down 1.8 from yesterday after a nice Fasting Friday. Starting with a protein coffee and then will do some HIIT spinning to see if I can knock off a few more ounces. UPDATE: Got to 228.4 after the workout and then ate lunch. Weighed 231.0 at 5:30, so 228.4 is today's low! Heading out to a movie and dinner for an early Mother's Day celebration with Denise and Jason. Em comes over tomorrow to keep it going!
