Having a dark day today, trying to break out of a funk. It's just everything. I know this will pass, but I hate it when I'm like this. I think I'll cut out of work on time and try to get some time in the sun. Need it. Tired of dark, tired of cold.

This too shall pass, just need to weather the storm.

Yes! I'm in a forced retirement so I get the chance to be outside in the sun more...even if it's cold and damp lol...and I definitely notice the difference. This has been one of the easiest winters I've been through and definitely the easiest since I got sick. Maybe your lunch might be long enough to go outside for a bit each day? Or if not...maybe you can sit by a window for a little bit?? Leaving early is great but probably not sustainable lol. You'll feel better once you get outside though and then you can figure out a plan for avoiding these "funks"! And don't forget your "resources"! People here are always willing to lend an ear!!
