Woke at 229.6, up .8 from yesterday after Jason and I went out for Japanese food last night, followed by more calories in red wine when I got home. That resulted in a 165 blood glucose level. Today's waking level was 75. Will do separate blood glucose tests against large amounts of protein, red wine, and whiskey to see the effects. Picking Denise up from the airport tonight, so I don't think any of these tests are in today's schedule. Have been off Lasix for quite some time now. Adding 'Water Away' capsules to see if they will help remove some bloat. UPDATE: Weighed 230.4 at 5 pm, so the waking weight is the low for the day. UPDATE: Picked up Denise at the airport, so we are back home safely.
