Woke at 229.8, down 2.4 from yesterday. Ate an omelet and kidney beans within a half hour of waking per the 4-Hour Body recommendations. Will flush a lot of water and black coffee through as well. Trying to determine if I will add a weekly 24-hour fast to my plan this month or just keep eating at a high calorie level to try to raise my metabolism. Resting heart rate in the mid 50s for the past several weeks. It's in the high 40s when I'm lighter. Is that a determinant of metabolism? I need to read up on that. UPDATE: I've been drinking exogenous ketones in water as part of my flushing routine. Did a scoop in 24 ounces of green tea with a splash of apple cider vinegar. Just measured blood ketones and got a .6 mm reading even after eating breakfast four hours ago (that included kidney beans). Cool. UPDATE: Did an InstaKetone Protein Bar and a cup of coffee. Measured again at 4:30 and was .5 mm. Still in mild nutritional ketosis. UPDATE: Weighed in at 231.6 before dinner, so the waking weight is today's low. UPDATE: Forgot that I had jeans and a sweatshirt on when I weighed in, so I was actually 228.6!

Nice drop!!! I would love to know if you get an answer. My thought is we all would have a different answer to that question as our ages, body types, etc are different. No idea, though.

Yes it is interesting that you are seeing ketones. You must have a high tolerance level. Well that is a good thing
