Poached another chicken yesterday. This one had a lot of lemon and rosemary. Both from my yard. Didn't eat much of it, but have great plans for that broth which smells amazing. Doing to see if I can do a play on Greek lemon chicken soup, but w/o too many carbs. Should be easy enough. No noodles, zoodles on the side to be added once heated.

Happy first Monday of the dark months. We'll get through this together.
