Woke at 219.6, up .4 from yesterday. I have a lunch meeting today at 2pm, so will eat then and probably a little for dinner, too. UPDATE: Had a wonderful lunch at RPM Italian in DC and came home at 220.2 at 7:30 pm. Ate a small salad with olive oil and some pork rinds to wrap up the day.
