Adjusting the calories and macros up for the rest of the month to 2180 calories per day, 180 grams of fat, 120 grams of protein, and 20 grams of carbs. I will hit the protein number first and as many of the fat grams I can get in. According to the Body Weight Simulator, this will put me on track for 184 pounds in a year. I may not get that low, but I need to try something a bit different. Still going to do a 3-day fast once a month.

Also, going to take the actual numbers shown on the Tanita scale without attempting to adjust mathematically for water weight, which I've done (not the total weight -- but the amount of body fat and water). Based on this -- and since it varies so much day to day -- I'm going to use TrendWeight.com to establish an average. Right now, it puts me at 19.7 percent BF, about 43 pounds. Interesting. I'm changing up my game as well. I know you don't believe my bf numbers of 28.x but I do have a bunch of fat around my body and I'm ok with it for now. The journey continues.
