Back today. Been logging food, thoughts, not so much. Had a good day, yesterday. Snuck out of work a little early, swam in daylight. I hit a goal of a solid 30 minute swim with only 4 one minute breaks. I have no idea on yardage, but I did 6 sets of 100 strokes each with medium paddles. Avg heart rate of 138, so I was working.

Made the mistake of buying a pint of Halo Top. We'll just say that's firmly in the past. It was delicious. I did work it off in the water, but still... I now know better than to think I have control over those things. If i need a treat, it will be one of those tiny B&J ones. Calories are about the same, but it's the portion control issue with ice cream for me.

Built some more patio furniture out of cinder blocks, will work on fixing the fire pit this weekend (this is so cool) got it from a neighbor moving overseas that afternoon. Shaping up to be a good, active summer and my former parking lot is beginning to feel like a livable space that's pleasant to sit in.

I need to start taking some before/after pics. This looks so much easier on TV.
