Ahhhhhhhhhh! Rainy Saturday. i love it! I am switching my dor to Saturday, based on the t25 schedule. this week, i did six t25 workouts, plus several cize and helga sessions. I also walked a lot; i got well over my 10k steps most days. The dog won't want to walk until it clears, and we got all the yard work done yesterday.

We are having tv fest in our jammies in my attic br. I feel like i am getting a makeup from last weekend, when i had planned to hide out from the heat, but didn't. Still need to clean the fridge and do food prep for week, but that is it!!

You did SO WELL this week! Can you believe how consistent and determined you were? You didn't let the heat or the sleeping in or even the scary abs keep you from working out or deter you from your path. Be proud! You rocked this week.

Cj, ty so much for the support and encouragement! I feel i did rock the week, lol. I am bracing for a gain (i weigh in on Sundays but am tracking Saturdays too for the t25 calendar, and as of today i am up a few pounds). It has to be water bc i am plenty sore, but even so it will be a bummer! So i appreciate the encouragement!
