Ok, I am declaring war on my body. It is official! I am so sick and tired of going down to 180 then back up to 185. I am changing exercises at the gym to target the fat areas only!! Lower stomach, lower back, upper thighs and hips. All other areas are looking fantastic!! I can't believe that my body is holding onto this weight with both hands and feet. Won't let go!! Really starting to PXSS me off!!! I should be able to eat whatever the heck I want with all this exercise!! Maybe I will just eat whatever I want, what is the use. I was all ready to give up, then my stubborness kicked me in the but and said, NO! I am not letting my body win! I started at 197lbs before FS and I am at 185 UUUUUUUUHHHHH. But I am not letting all this hard work go to waste!! It is on body! Beware, I am coming for you!!

good job on setting goals and sticking with them continue to do so and you’ll see continued progress. But On a minor note though, “spot reduction” can’t happen, as in, we can’t specifically ”target” certain areas to burn off fat from just those areas like “I want my left arm to lose fat but not my right arm.” Body fat is lost as a whole, just certain body types distribute it differently, the limbs usually have less than the midsection. I would say the best thing to do exercise wise would be focus on compound movements, if you do resistance training, that’ll proved the best physical and physiological stress on the body, which in turn will provide the best benefit of calories to be burned aiding in fat loss easier 👍🏻

I understand Deadpool, but what I'm saying is that the only areas on my body that even have fat are those few areas. If I showed you a pic of me you would find it hard to believe that I weigh that much. Nobody I tell my weight to can believe it. They think I weigh like 140. I'm just saying that I have worked on certain areas and they are muscular and fit. Those few problem areas are the ones still holding onto fat, and I'm going after them hard!! I'm thinking I am going to incorporate some of my old ballet bar work into the workout. Just with weight strapped to my ankle! I'm gonna kick my asses ass!!HAAAAA
