The fact I've lost 7 lbs in a little over a month is surprising. The last several times I tried to get back to healthier eating, I was lucky I lost a pound in 10-14 days. I'm not really following any particular diet plan, certainly not Keto (it may assist in weight loss, but our bodies need the nutrients that many of those restricted foods provide), just trying to choose healthy carbs, including grains, fruits and vegetables and limiting my calorie intake. Still trying to get myself into an exercise routine. Have also been researching the benefits of apple cider vinegar, raw, unfiltered ACV, not the distilled variety. I purchased Bragg's ACV and raw honey to make a natural cough syrup for my husband, so I've decided to give the daily ACV "tonic" a try. Mixed with the honey, it's not so bad. I'll give it a few weeks to see if I notice any difference. It is supposed to assist with weight loss as well as lower cholesterol, combat heart disease and a host of other health benefits. I figure it can't hurt!
