Another pound hit the dirt ~ sayonara! It's helped that I've been so busy this week that I either didn't get to or forgot to eat during the normal mealtimes. I got a lot accomplished and there's still so much left to do. I waver between the "I can do it" and "OMG I'm gonna screw this up" but trying to stay with the first one. I'm so tired of fear being the ruling factor of everything.

Food has been good this week. I've upped the non-coffee liquid intake this week but still working on it. It's not optimum levels yet. I still need to cook and it's already Thursday. Yesterday I found myself searching for something quick and easy to grab and ended up with cheese, which was fine, but missing my other options when I actually prepare the fridge for the week. I did NOT go get a cherry pie from the corner store. I count that as a win for the week.

Tomorrow night I get granddaughter overnight, Saturday morning is dance class and hang out for the day. Saturday night to my friends' house and then starts the week of puppies (old puppies). I will be dog-sitting 3 for my friend Sun-Thursday and then my granddogs (huskies) will come to my house Thurs-Monday for my son. I need to change my perspective. I keep seeing this as a stressful-busy week. It's an adventure and a way to seed into people I love while enjoying the dogs without the full-time responsibility. I keep saying I want adventure but I keep grumbling when I get it LOL. Change my mind, change my world.
