Satisfied with this week although the scale did that annoying thing this morning where it flashed 62.8 before settling on 63.2 - Grrrh! Anyway, still happy as this is the lowest I've weighed in about 18 years and the end goal is in sight - yay!!! Celebrating with chocolate cupcakes over the weekend (one a day as a treat) and hope to not go too overboard to start fresh again on Monday. Hopefully some exercise will make it back onto the scene as well.
