I set exercise off for 16 days and lost nearly 30% capacity. At 56 toy lose it quick and gain it slow. I think I'm at the point in spite of my efforts that I will start to decline. BTW what are the macros you shoot for? I'm trying to go 40*40*20 with no success in hitting those numbers.
