Hit the 50 lb mark today. That's since April when I started this journey. There is something powerful in the big round numbers. Yesterday I went to the Farmer's Market with my sister. There were so many beautiful veggies and fruits. I really stocked up. We've got an Academy Awards party tonight and I'm going to attempt to make a Thai dish-Larb-and serve it on lettuce leaves. Hoping it will be a big hit. I did notice a lot of variation between the vegan versions and the meat versions. I've got tofu pressing as we speak. The weather has turned really warm and sunny the last few hours. It should be a great night. Enjoy your Sunday all my FS'ers.

Love me a good farmers market :) and some beqautiful geraniums :) I had tofu yesterday. I used teatowels instead of paper, worked a treat, then seasoned it with tandorri curry. Yum.
