So maybe this is my new pattern. Gain .2 lbs, lose some weight. Guess we'll see next weigh in day ;)

I have to admit, I didn't eat too well over the weekend. Saturday alone was 2200+ calories, and Monday night I had a nice sugary bowl of cereal right before bed. hehe :)

For the month of January, about 90 miles of running! 30 last week alone. I'm feeling super awesome. I also feel like my body is slowly becoming more defined, and I see the body fat percentage on the scale slowly going down.

My goal for February is 100 miles, though it has 3 less days. I'll need to either up my mileage per run, or run more. So we'll see what happens. :) I also want to lose 2.5 lbs this month, though 3 would be awesome and put me back on track for my goal weight by summer.
