SO....problems with my floorboards.. my new kitchen cupboards were ripped up so that the whole lot of floorboards and joists could be replaced.. had hoped to have my new kitchen finished by last thursday, but still 2 days to go....very stressful...

both of my teenage daughters had preplanned sleepovers on saturday amidst the chaos(to access the bathroom everyone had to work thru concrete dust in the kitchen)

then i had injections in my head on tuesday for migraines, which normally makes me nauseous for a day or 2...

then developed cellulitis again and was readmitted to hospital for iv antibiotics

my food scales are still with all my boxed up kitchen goods, no cooker again tonight, so will try to eat healthy choices when we eat out...

i just want to feel in control of my eating and all these issues are making it so hard :(
