I was up this morning and that was a little disappointing but I did get in a longer hike and all my meals were made by me at home so that should help with the next weigh in.

It's a beautiful time of year for hiking, that's for sure! My family is hoping to go on one soon before the trees lose all their leaves. Don't worry, it's normal to run into slight rises in weight some days. Just keep at it and the losses should win over the gains. :)

Don't be disappointed -- focus on the longer-term trend. You've been losing since you started. Bet you'll see a loss next weigh in. The trend across months rather than days or even weeks is what really matters. If you make a long-term commitment, you will reach your goal. Good luck!

Thanks everybody. The weather has been great for hiking in the morning so that does make it easier to get up and get outside. I am back down again this morning Hermiones Mom. I know it's about the long term. I'm just shy of 25 lbs since April so I'm plugging along. Have a great day everybody.
