Today is official weigh-in day: down 2.2 pounds this week! Yay.
I think I have caught on to the losing method pretty well. I feel great, and am eating well - the volume of "clean" foods is so much more than the volume of "junk" food, I have trouble eating all that I am supposed to eat every day!
On my cheat days, I usually have a drink which bumps up the carbs and the calories - not sure it's worth it so I may just cut out alcohol altogether til I am at my ultimate goal weight. I am mostly a social drinker and succumb to peer pressure if I am out with friends even though I am sure my friends couldn't care less if I drink or not when I go out with them.
