Surprised. I haven't tracked all week and been eating exactly what I want to when I want to, but seems like slight portion control is helping. Still been doing IF on week days and I think increasing water intake has helped. I've started having mint flavoured green tea with a teaspoon of lemon juice in the mornings and that seems to somehow help with hunger pangs before I eat at noon.

Now it's all about maintaining until summer. When I can get my exercise routine back up again I might reconsider my goal weight for summer, but I'm happy for now.
