I did it from 308 to 160 in 1 day short of 14 months. No longer diabetic and no diabetic medication for almost 5 months now doing handsprings all around the house too bad I can't have cake to go out and celebrate. now the hard part comes just maintaining at least for 6 months

I know maintenance will be no issue for you BB (not sayin it's easy)....I've watched you power through plateaus, master your upper body work, all your walking and perseverance, fix your Type 2 DB, etc...you know I'm impressed!! So happy for you!

Nobody says being healthy means completely depriving yourself every day of the rest of your life. You know how to control Glucose now. You know what made you fat, what caused the diabetes. And you know the truth of it all.
