Day 3, so far so good. The SF coffee creamer is helping at least mentally. I actually measured out my 1 Tbsp yesterday and today and it's doable instead of the 2-3 I've been plopping into each cup.

I picked up 10# chicken the other day at 1.99/lb so have to get those sorted and frozen, cook up stirfry and get some of it grilled up for picking at during the week. It really helps to have enough options readily available, for both me and the boy (he's doing it too). And God knows that guy can eat lol. I still need to get back to the store for some extras (veggies, eggs) but I have enough to get through for a bit. I'm gonna have to buy eggs by the case the way we're going I think...
