weighed in with standard shoes i wear every day and slacks and short sleeve shirt typical dress in am after breakfast. hard to believe the weight is coming off. i've been hungry at times but try to eat slowly and savor each bite and not let myself get distracted with other things when i eat. it helps with my feeling of satisfaction i believe it really seems to help alot.i'm really appreciating and enjoying the food that i am eating, where as before eating was not something i looked forward to doing really. now the food tastes great for the most part!
