Good luck! I just watched your video, its hard to find the balance sometimes. Does your med actively cause you to gain? I have a friend who gained a lot from Seroquel, because it amped up his appetite. He now takes Metformin to control this.
BTW, your pic doesn't do you justice -- you're freaking gorgeous.
