I remember your first upper body workouts last fall...you powering through a couple of long plateaus...your measured health improvements....well done BB!!. Just started with Fat Secret. Had been 110 lbs most of my life. Broke a vertebrae and my health went downhill from there gaining 50 lbs. Started crossfit last August five days a week and did not lose weight and due to a health problem stopped in early March. Since I loved crossfit, I am getting back to it with a reduced caloric intake. Because basically it's just about calories in to reduce weight. Lets all get healthy!!!
