Well back from 10 days in Daytona Beach for Bike Week and I didn't gain any weight. I didn't really lose anything but not to gain anything with all that drinking and eating of foods with unknown calories I think is a success in itself. I look at it as saying, I managed to keep myself in check and not fall back into bad habits. I know it was only for a week and a few days but it is so easy to fall back to those bad habits. Anyway, I am home again and watching what I eat more carefully. The next trip is next month to New Orleans. That one I am going with a friend who lives to eat. I am determined not to let her affect my mindset.
