Thanks Bill! HCB. Doing pretty well. I'm pretty much just sticking to the conjugate method in the gym, 1 heavy week, 1 dynamic week, 1 heavy week, 1 dynamic week, etc. Staying consistent with the diet and exercise which is leading to consistent weight loss. Right Bicep tendon came back to haunt me for a bit, but I made some diet changes and started wearing a compression sleeve when I lift and that has made a huge difference. I really had some holes in my diet that were leading to issues with the recovery of my tendons. Much better now.
