Wooow! Not only a new, lowest weigh-in today at 89.4 kgs - I also have a couple of sweet messages in my inbox. I love when I get little messages!
One even pointed out that I'm back on the "doing well" list here on FS. It makes me happy.
So, tomorrow is the "big day" for weigh in, before I go for total indulgence through Saturday. I hope I can drop some more weight before that - I am only down 100g since last Saturday, and even though it's a new low I'd like to see another pound or so off by tomorrow. We'll see what happens.
I slept great last night. I got a lot of things cleared away at work yesterday, and a lot of stress off my back. There is still plenty to do and much work to be done, but I feel a little better about it. At least good enough to not lie awake at night planning the next day.
Tonight is Rock'n'roll with The Black Peanut, I can't wait to go jam with these guys - it's so much fun. We're prepping for a concert in December, and we're slowly getting things working. We've got 20+ songs that we're playing/learning and doing fairly okay I think. I posted a track the other day from rehearsal, if you guys feel like checking it out - those who haven't already.

Also, I wanted to share this:
Lose weight faster by eating eggs for breakfast!

I've shared it in the forum once or twice, and I've shared it here a couple of times. Some of you might have read it, but I am thinking I have a bunch of new buddies, and I really find this to be super interesting - and an easy way to further your weight loss. It's an interesting article that I stumbled upon very early in my weight loss journey. It talks about speeding up your weight loss by eating eggs for breakfast. I can't really tell if it works or not, as I have not tried NOT implementing it, but I have had great success losing weight so I am assuming that it works. A 65% speed-up is a LOT. I really enjoy the eggs being a part of my breakfast ritual. It fills me up and gets me going until lunch without any problems. It's rare that I get hungry until at least 11 or 11:30, 5 hours after breakfast.
People often ask me about my cholesterol, but it's really fine. I think lowering my intake on all the junk fully compensated for the eggs. Besides, isn't there something about new studies that say eggs aren't THAT bad? Anyways, my main goal is to lose weight. If I end up with high cholesterol, I'll look into that when I am at the weight I'd like to be. :)

It's Friday, people! It's weekend in a few moments, and LIFE IS GOOD!
