How appropriate is it that it's FAT TUESDAY?? Ugh.
I started reading Brene Brown's book last night Dare Greatly. One of the things she talked about was a scarcity mindset: Never enough. Never _______ Enough. We wake up in the morning thinking we didn't get enough sleep. We go through the day thinking we don't have enough time. We apply it to ourselves and those around us. I know I do.
It got me thinking. What would happen in our lives if we changed that? If we changed the focus away from what we think we don't have. If we woke up excited for a new day instead of wishing we were still asleep? If we were PRESENT in our time instead of being busy to be busy?
