I forgot to turn my heat back on last night so I woke up to 67 (I know, warm for other places but this is FL PEOPLE!!) and I'm having coffee while I'm waiting for the heat to kick in. I'm losing track of days (thought yesterday was Tuesday) so I'm still trying to get my head together this morning. Lots of coffee...
Working on mentally digging into today. There is a badass inside. She just has to dodge the whiny wuss in front lol.
Come on. This is your day. Don't let it run you. You get to decide, in everything, the direction you will go and with what attitude you will accomplish your day. Figure out EARLY what you want and GO GET IT! :)

this post reminds me of the time i told my boss i needed to be off bc I couldnt "brain" today . she had a laugh LOL.. Coffee is good or do some brisk cardio or jumping jax to get the blood flowing and the butt moving ! you got this today !!

Living in Hawaii is a blessing...what is snow? Although the vog keeps anyone with respiratory issues indoors. It cleared up last night and the pain in my back also cleared up. Gonna walk today and hopefully move the scale down. Aloha buddies!

Yeah, I also live in WI and my thermostat is set at 66 right now. Cozy and warm when it's -15 out. :)
